Sectional heaters

Volta sectional radiators are used for efficient heating of liquids. The electrical individually configurable heating elements offer the advantage of being interchangeable without draining the heated medium and without any possible issues with cleaning and sealing.

Sectional radiators are radiators without sheathing with protection class IP 00 that are installed in existing pipes made of copper, steel, stainless steel etc. The radiators consist of ceramic supports with high insulation values.

The sectional radiators are available in a modular structure as standard sizes in different lengths and diameters as well as in a wide range of variations with individual tension, power, load and immersion depth.

Depending on the customer's needs, either model series can be defined individually or there is a design that is optimized for each project. The design at Volta is carried out according to the relevant framework conditions and process parameters.
